Indianapolis Colts vs Jacksonville Jaguars Picks and Predictions for Sunday, November 1, 2026
Indianapolis hasn't won in Jacksonville in its last 11 visits, and the Colts return Sunday on a three-game losing streak. Indianapolis is 2-5 and tied for second in the AFC South after losing 16-10 at Minnesota last weekend. Jacksonville leads the division at 4-2, despite a 34-31 defeat to Houston before its bye week. Sunday's game at EverBank Stadium starts at 1:00 pm ET on CBS. The Jaguars are favored by 10 points, with the total at 46.5. Check our free NFL picks for more Sunday games.
Indianapolis Colts Having Trouble Finishing Drives
The Colts couldn't get much going against Minnesota, scoring only 10 points in Sunday's 16-10 defeat. It was their third consecutive loss after falling 26-20 to Tennessee and 34-22 at Pittsburgh. Indianapolis had looked better earlier in October, beating Washington 30-13 and Houston 19-17. The recent slide has left the Colts struggling to stay competitive in the AFC South.
Jonathan Taylor has rushed for 587 yards and eight touchdowns, giving Indianapolis a dependable running game. Daniel Jones has thrown for 1,398 yards but has seven interceptions against four touchdowns. Josh Downs leads the receiving group with 307 yards. The Colts need Jones to protect the football, especially against a Jacksonville defense that has intercepted seven passes.
Injuries: Cam Taylor-Britt is out. Anthony Gould, Drew Ogletree, Tyler Warren and Bryce Boettcher are questionable.

Jacksonville Jaguars Ready to Face Indianapolis Again
Houston spoiled Jacksonville's last afternoon before the bye, winning 34-31 at EverBank Stadium. The Jaguars had been enjoying a good run until then. They edged Philadelphia 19-17, went to Cincinnati and won 22-17, and had little trouble beating New England 35-6. Now at 4-2, Jacksonville sits atop the AFC South. Sunday's visitors have some unpleasant memories of this stadium, too. The Colts have lost 11 consecutive trips to Jacksonville, a streak the Jaguars would love to extend.
Trevor Lawrence has completed 120 of 184 passes, throwing 14 touchdowns against four interceptions. Parker Washington has been especially useful on longer throws, picking up 416 yards on 26 catches. Bhayshul Tuten handles most of the rushing work, with 388 yards, while Brenton Strange has caught 26 passes from his tight end position. Jacksonville can move the ball in several ways, but Lawrence will need to avoid the mistakes that could give Indianapolis extra possessions.
Injuries: Antonio Johnson, LeQuint Allen Jr., Jakobi Meyers, Jahlani Tavai and Ruke Orhorhoro are questionable.
Key To The Game
Indianapolis needs to protect the football against a Jacksonville defense that has already collected seven interceptions. Jones has thrown seven picks himself, and another turnover could quickly put the Colts behind. Taylor is capable of keeping drives alive, but Jacksonville's passing game presents a bigger challenge. Lawrence has been producing touchdowns regularly, with Washington offering a dangerous option downfield. Indianapolis must also improve its pass protection after allowing 19 sacks this season. Jacksonville has the stronger passing attack and home record.
Indianapolis Colts vs Jacksonville Jaguars Game Pick
- Jacksonville Jaguars -10 (-108)
Jacksonville has won three of its last four games, while Indianapolis has dropped three straight. Lawrence has been much more productive than Jones through the air, and the Jaguars have several receiving options capable of creating problems. Taylor gives Indianapolis a chance to control possession, but the Colts haven't scored more than 22 points during their losing streak. Jacksonville also has an outstanding home record against this opponent. Ten points is a considerable spread, but the Jaguars have enough scoring ability to cover. I'm taking Jacksonville -10.
Indianapolis Colts vs Jacksonville Jaguars Over/Under Pick
- Under 46.5 (-110)
Indianapolis has struggled to finish drives lately, scoring just 10 points against Minnesota and 20 against Tennessee. Jacksonville can produce big totals, but the Jaguars have also won games through defense, holding Philadelphia to 17 and New England to six. The Colts will likely depend heavily on Taylor, which could keep the clock moving and limit possessions. Jacksonville should create scoring opportunities, although Indianapolis may struggle to contribute enough points for a high total. I expect the Jaguars to control the contest without needing another shootout. Under 46.5 is my pick.
